Product Warranty

Primo International (“the Company”) stands behind the quality of its products and is committed to providing exceptional customer satisfaction. This limited warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser (“the Purchaser”) of Primo International products, provided that the product is purchased from an authorized dealer.

Coverage
Primo International warrants to the original Purchaser that its products shall be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any product that is found to be defective in materials or craftsmanship. In the event that the original product is unavailable, equivalent replacements may be provided.

Sealy Office Chairs: Two (2) Years Limited

Bean Bags: One (1) Year Llimited
Mattresses Varies from Five (5) to Ten (10) Years Pro-Rated.

Stearns and Foster Hardwood & Plywood Frames: Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Cushions: Two (2) Years - Cushions will naturally soften with use. This should be considered as normal wear and tear and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect.

Sinuous Springs & System: One (1) Year - Covers spring breakage caused by metal fatigue .

Sleeper Mechanisms: Three (3) Years.

Mattresses: Five (5)Years.

Recliner / Motion Mechanism: Five (5) Years.

Fabric: One (1) Year

Leather: One (1) Year - Covers seam slippage and cracking.

Leather exhibits natural characteristics such as nicks, scars, variations of shades, and wrinkles. These markings are to be expected and are not considered to be a defect.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following: 

(a) Damage resulting from regular wear and tear.
(b) Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
(c) Stains, shrinking, stretching, wearing, wrinkling, fading, or pilling.
(d) Natural variations in wood or materials, including dye lots not matching.
(e) Damage resulting from accidents, fire, or other unforeseen events.
(f) Any alterations or modifications made to the product without prior approval.
(g) Use of the product for commercial purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the warranty.

Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, the Purchaser must contact the retailer from whom they purchased the product. It is essential to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, along with clear photos and detailed descriptions of the defect. If the claim is deemed valid, Primo will provide the retailer further instructions and next steps for remedying the issue.

Please ensure that all communication regarding the warranty claim is conducted through the authorized retailer. Primo International will work closely with the retailer to facilitate the resolution process promptly and efficiently.

Trade Customers:

If you receive a shipment with manufacturing defects or are contacted by a customer for assistance, promptly file a Warranty Claim by reaching out to support@primointernational.com. Please note that Primo International will not be responsible for any freight costs to or from your warehouse related to receiving or inspecting products. Additionally, any end-consumer delivery charges or storage fees incurred by your receiving company are not covered.

Limitation of Liability:

Primo, along with its affiliates, subsidiaries, or parent companies, shall not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from a claim of a defective product, even if Primo has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Certain states or provinces may not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Thus, the above limitations might not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also possess additional rights which can vary by state or province. Please note that this warranty applies only to the United States and Canada.
